One of Aquent’s valued Energy clients in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a dynamic candidate for a part-time Digital Campaign Manager contract role. The ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional project management and organizational skills, experience managing digital campaigns and can think on their feet and is looking for an opportunity to grow their career within a Fortune 25 company.

· Manage digital campaign initiatives for the 2013 year; keeping track of deliverables, conducting weekly meetings with team leaders and updating project plans.
· Collect and maintain department specific data, metrics and information needed for project management administration
· Update data, metrics and information regularly
· Prepare regular reports and communicate report results in business review meetings
· Prepare departmental reports tracking operation of various departments
· Respond to department queries on billing, metrics, reporting and department data requirements
· Maintain project status using project tracking tools, such as Microsoft Project
· Ensuring project progresses within schedule
· Make recommendations including corrective action if needed

· Ability to communication, both verbally and in writing, effectively with stakeholders and senior business leadership
· Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams participating in initiatives
· Demonstrate experience and relevant expertise in marketing initiatives (Product Launches, Public Relations, Events, Advertising, Lead Generation)
· Marketing background a must
· Strong project management and communications skills
· Must be very organized and a great multi-tasker
· Bachelors degree in a related field
