Digital Campaign Manager - Finance

A large financial organisation is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to develop and manage their brand marketing campaigns on a maternity cover basis.

This role supports the Head of Brand Management in the delivery and the evolution of the Brand and deputises for the Head as and when required.


To manage and implement brand campaigns to achieve awareness and engagement targets:
· Work closely with the insight and data teams and appropriate external resource to develop target segment profiling, and to embed data collection & prospecting best practice
· Develop media and creative briefs;
· Works with line manager and Agencies to prepare plans & campaign schedules;
· Implement marketing campaigns on time and within budget;
· Manage the analysis of marketing campaigns and adjust plans accordingly;
· Co-ordinate our participation in external benchmarking;
· Work closely with contact centres, business marketing teams and IT to develop and implement marketing campaigns and maximise business potential;
· Make use of analytics and ad serving tools and to champion new and improved ways of campaign reporting.
· Develop a good working relationship with our Roster Agencies & Suppliers to ensure the timely and cost effective development and implementation of online campaign activity



· All round marketeer with a good understanding of on and offline marketing techniques including social media.
· Experience in the finance and a FTSE 100 market is desirable
· Experienced in developing annual plans and in taking new products/propositions to market
· Good knowledge of KPI frameworks and measurement
· Good CMS/Excel/Powerpoint/Word knowledge
· Good customer segmentation knowledge and experienced in targeting
· Knowledge of Brand architecture and it’s application
· Tight budget / agency / partner management to ensure budgets are respected, targets met and objectives achieved.
· Ideally holds IDM diploma or has three years D2C marketing experience
