Digital Campaign Management

One of our valued Fortune 500 financial service clients is looking for an interim Campaign Manager to join their marketing credit card team to help develop a new state of the art, customer centric marketing technology solution. The candidate will be required to lead a strategic technology initiative and will partner with Technology, Marketing, Decision
Management and vendors to drive timely delivery of technology solution to meet the business needs.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To:
• Understand the big picture of how advertising technology works to properly matching a credit card offer to the correct customer – “matching strategy to technology” (e.g. cookies, tagging, etc.)
o This initiative is about building a new tracking platform to target & track customer spending habits through advertising technology
• Lead business initiatives with IT and successfully liaison between a wide variety of business and technology groups and deliver solution following SDLC (Systems Development Life-Cycle) process
• Effectively communicate to keep senior management updated on the initiative
status and be able to understand and communicate technical details in business language
• Translate business needs into IT requests and actively engage with IT as the solution gets developed
• Work with outside vendors and internal teams to develop marketing solution/process; oversee outside vendors deliverables
• Engage with IT and outside vendor in coordination of the testing strategy, including end-to-end user testing

Specifications / Qualifications:
• 7-10 years’ experience leading technology and/or business process solution development preferably in financial services
• 5+ years’ experience with overall project responsibility for large-scale digital and/or marketing projects
• Knowledge of digital marketing technology landscape and have the ability to translate quantitative concepts for non-technical constituents
• Experience in working with geographically remote teams
• B.S. Required; MS or MBA preferred

o Ability to present technical/analytical information to non-technical audiences
