Digital Automation Specialist

Brilliant client, product, management team, flat structure and positive vibe. They are looking for a smart, motivated, and hardworking marketing automation professional to join our rapidly growing team.

Reporting directly to the CMO, your role will be focused primarily in two areas:

1. Segmenting and monetising our existing database via compelling cross/up selling campaigns.

2. Implementing nurturing, onboarding, and engagement programs for new leads as well as retaining existing customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead nurturing, retention, and customer re-engagement
Formulating, executing, monitoring and analysing campaigns
A/B Testing copy, templates, and subject lines
Implementation of compelling lifecycle and drip email campaigns
Working with our designers and developers to develop eye catching emails and landing pages with strong calls to action
Database segmentation and hygiene, dynamic list building, etc.
Monetising existing database via Cross/Up selling campaigns

Your skills / qualifications

2+ years experience in a database marketing role
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Pardot, though marketo, hubspot, etc. would also be acceptable)
Knowledge of email best practises, Spam regulations, A/B testing methodologies, etc.
Fluent / native English skills and a love of the written word
Strong people / product management skills
Excellent attention to detail
