Digital Automation & Analytics Specialist

This established, successful company offers a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketing co-ordinator who enjoys diversity and taking ownership. It's an exciting growth period for the organisation and this role will act as a pivotal cog within the marketing team.

To be successful:

  • You will bring a minimum of 2 years digital experience planning and executing marketing automation programs
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage end-to-end marketing automation programs, alongside reporting and optimising to tight deadlines
  • You need to be a hands-on self starter who is excited to drive continual best practice, improve engagement and enhance satisfaction metrics

Core Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing marketing automation programs to drive quality lead generation, build customer engagement and conversion
  • Driving and growing leads via digital campaigns and initiatives, leveraging across digital platforms
  • Develop and implement reporting to articulate ROI and effectiveness for all websites, marketing and digital advertising campaigns
  • Optimise reporting output and processes 
  • Act as a brand and digital advocate across internal and external stakeholders

Skills Required:

  • Commercial automation experience Competent in HTML and CSS
  • Experience with CMS and Marketing Automation (Marketo highly desirable)
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and data analysis Demonstrate initiative, problem solving, flexibility - fun team player essential
  • Experience with CRM, specifically Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Access
