Digital Associate Creative Director needed ASAP

Our client is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join their E-commerce team. The eCommerce team members are at the forefront of a rapidly-evolving industry, surrounded by equally forward-thinking individuals. Your contributions will help drive our business strategy and ultimately help improve the lives of our patients and customers. This client is leading the future of multichannel retailing, where shoppers research, select and buy across many retail channels. Their combination of physical and digital channels is unbeatable.

As an ACD you will:
-Be responsible for setting creative vision for mobile project work and cross channel experiences working with a team of copywriters and designers to execute on appropriate solution.
-Ensure branding standards are consistent and maintained across design projects and compliant with mobile strategic roadmap.
-Ensure quality of creative work and timely delivery based on schedules and deadlines.
-Manage creative work and designers that design mobile solutions supported with web-based promotions, page layouts, and other creative assets.
-Review and approve the design concepts, design work, copywriting, and art work of others (i.e. designers, copywriters, developers, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:
-Elevate, maintain, and be accountable for quality of work and timeliness of delivery across one or more creative projects.
-Manage relationship between internal clients. Serves as a point of understanding between the Creative department and business. Presents creative work to clients.
-Contribute to staffing decisions on creative project work.
-Also contributes to hiring decisions for new designers through Creative Director.
-Work with Creative Director to establish and execute on creative vision for projects.
-Coordinate creative solutions across multiple departments and areas of expertise.
-Provide art direction, copy direction, and mentorship to creative staff of copy writers designers and art directors.
-Review and recommend the use of external vendors, to include evaluating portfolio of work for potential designers and copy writers, and recommending their use/hire on various projects.
-Monitor and ensure vendor work quality meets company standards.
