Digital Assets Coordinator needed ASAP

In this role you will be responsible for making decisions that directly impact strategic multi-million $$ marketing campaigns for our Client.

Main Responsibilities:
-Track and manage pipeline of digital marketing assets work requested by team members through the campaign planning process
-Responsible for the day to day support of activities in the Digital Marketing team
-Schedule meetings for all upfront planning activities of the ecommerce teams
-Owns communication of project status
-Ensure dates and deliverables are meeting milestone dates
-Responsible for working with eCommerce leadership to prioritize digital asset work requested of other teams
-Maintains planning calendar in alignment with business partners and planners

Planning:
-General campaign planning support. Provide additional support to internal teams - includes process training, support for late requests, and assisting with workflow and systems inquiries.
-Establishes campaign/planning meetings, creates/maintains campaign planning calendar.

Execution:
-Direct highly-effective project management of deliverables from creative and Marketing Communication
-Maintain campaign project schedule and workflow for online campaigns
-Act as single point of contact for key campaign activities including revisions and/or ad hoc requests
-Own schedule details - ensures campaigns are live on site - and are removed on expiration date
-Represents Campaign Planning in weekly meetings. Owns/communicates any updates

Reporting:
-Manage relevant project status reporting across campaigns
-Owns documentation of process flows for echannels and Marketing Communication
-Creates/ maintains necessary documents for tracking activities – uses in house application
-Develops a deep understanding of internal tools and functionality - considered department SME. Provides training and documentation on tools

Process Improvement:
-Monitor process flow and leverage technology or other improvements to optimize creative output and the operational effectiveness of the marketing function
-2+ years of direct experience in B2B/ B2C small-medium multi-channel marketing campaign planning and execution
-3+ years of business/ marketing project management experience
-Experience using Aprimo or other mullti-channel campaign management platform a strong plus
-Experience working in agency or in house advertising team
-Excellent client services and communication skills
-Proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams on multiple projects and tight deadlines
-Knowledge of interactive marketing trends, concepts and practices
-Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Management or related disciplines
