Digital Assets- Content Specialist

We are looking for a content specialist for a global sports retail brand who will be responsible for digital asset management. Must be Passionate about Sport and understanding of Brand Design process. Enable partners to access, manage, and leverage content in a way that streamlines the creative development and market execution processes. This will be a one year contract, full time hour to support the Creative Ops Project Management teams by directing, organizing, and managing content to enable a seamless flow of content from concept to archive.

Additional responsibilities
• Incorporate standard workflows, forms and files to maintain timely asset creation and availability.
• Respond to standard requests from internal and/or external customers per direction provided by PM.
• Communicate with content owners, content creators/designers, and creative agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Operations, Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years relevant work experience in an agency or corporate setting
• Strong understanding of digital asset management, including current file
development, storage and transfer best practices and jargon
• Ability to manage multiple projects of various scopes with different and
converging timelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills that nurture the
collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and
develop effective responses
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with internal and
external partners
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse, perpetually
changing environment
• Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro,
Bridge
