Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary
Client Staffing, Training, & Communications is responsible for training and enabling salespeople at resellers globally, including mobile carriers, consumer electronics stores, and enterprise partners. Your work will be key in informing salespeople around the world about client products and helping them deliver a great customer experience.

We’re looking for a digital asset manager to oversee the organization and delivery of multimedia assets to our teams. You’ll work closely with a team of creatives during all stages of production, including planning, organizing, and distribution of digital assets.

Required Qualifications
¥ 2+ years of experience in creative production, editing or library management
¥ Adobe CC and familiarity with file formats (PSD, INDD, Illustrator, etc)
¥ Mac proficiency
¥ Basic understanding of creative/design to enable an efficient working relationship with the creative team
¥ Knowledge in production/post production workflows
¥ Ability to thrive in an ambiguous fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
¥ Excellent verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, highly organized

What you’ll do
¥ You’ll oversee the digital asset management (DAM) system that supports our organization
¥ You’ll upload, catalog and facilitate the retrieval of digital assets
¥ You’ll assign appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights, link assets to jobs, and track usage
¥ You’ll maintain and improve production workflows, standards for naming, and tagging of new and existing assets
¥ You’ll maintain users and permissions in the DAM system
¥ You’ll work with teams responsible for creating assets and coordinate asset requests

Education
Bachelor’s degree Graphic Design/Creative, Library Science or relevant discipline
