Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Asset Manager to work closely with our Production Studio within the Central Marketing Department. In this role you will be responsible for managing a large volume of global marketing assets such as imagery, print files, social media content, and videos.

This role is a full time, on-site position for someone in our Boston office. At the moment, we’re looking for someone at 4+ months but would consider contract to permanent for the right person! (Please keep in mind, we do offer healthcare, vision and dental benefits for full time employees after 1 month with Vitamin T!)


• Catalog assets within our global DAM system in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.

• Establish and implement metadata standards by ensuring all assets are assigned appropriate metadata tags.

• Oversee the archiving, embargoes and watermarking of assets with expired and/or limited usage rights.

• Perform maintenance, archival, and retrieval of digitals assets.

• Maintain processes such as asset management, categorization and distribution as well as file naming structure.

• Release marketing campaign assets to Global and Regional stakeholders.

• Become the main point of contact for all asset requests.

• Participate in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the digital asset workflow and supporting tools.

• Support Studio Manager with organizing image selects and retouching rounds.

• Download and organize incoming assets from agencies and retouching studios.

• Assist marketing and production teams with managing brand assets.


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

• Understanding metadata standards and best practices.

• 1+ years of expertise in digital asset management, production management or similar experience

• Some design or creative suite proficiency experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable working with a mac.

• Some knowledge of MS Office.

• Understanding of color profiles and file format standards, including video files. We’re looking for someone who knows the difference between CMYK and RGB!

• Extremely well organized and able to maintain a clear file structure, file storage and transfers.

• High energy, positive attitude and passion for the job is a must.

• Detail oriented and a true problem solver!
