Digital Asset Coordinator

This position supports the content and asset management efforts for shared services marketing departments - from acquisition to archiving - by gathering, organizing, managing, and maintaining all media assets. Media assets include digital art (i.e., photographs, web pages, digital media, audio & video files) as well as hard copy files (i.e., printed materials, signage, copy, DVDs, and CDs).

Essential Functions
The Media Asset Coordinator will support the Content Management team in ensuring that the Media Assets are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with Content Management guidelines. This position supports the Content Management team in problem solving, client contact and asset support.

This individual will report to the Media Asset Supervisor and work in tandem with Creative and Integrated Production teams, the MediaBin system team, as well as marcom partners, to organize files and maintain a DAM in accordance with the policies set forth by the Governance Committee.

Major Duties
• Supports the Content Management team by uploading assets with complete metadata, photo associations and proper file naming conventions.

• Works closely with Content Management team members to support successful concepts for asset management and execute them.

• Works to update accuracy of assets uploaded prior to Content Management department creation. Fixes all errors and identifies areas that need improvement in data entry, including use of MRM and other project management tools.
