Digital Artworker/Designer | Creative Agency

My creative agency is looking for a talented Digital Artworker/designer to join the team and work across campaign artwork for a wide range of household name clients.
As the ideal candidate you should have previous experience at a reputable design/creative agency & a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your digital
artworking abilities, some experience of artworking for print would also be beneficial.

You will be self-motivated and passionate about pixel perfect creative. You’ll be able to show meticulous attention to detail at all times and will wow with your speed and accuracy. You’ll be happy to take existing creative and get it ready for several different executions but are also able to take art direction from senior designers in order to create new content.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 Display meticulous attention to detail and be able to execute pixel perfect designs.

 Create and adapt social media content for several different platforms quickly and with accuracy.

 Create mobile variants of existing designs that have been created by a


 Create banner storyboards for a variety of sizes from a master banner design.

 Produce gifs from scamps and storyboards.

 Retouch imagery.

 Roll out simple designs to multiple html pages using an established look and feel.

 Get assets build ready for internal and external tech teams.

 Help support a creative team on a pitch, creating moodboards and helping to

create final presentations.

 Ensure current client work is kept ‘on brand’ by having a thorough knowledge

of client guidelines.

 Keep up to speed with industry innovations and trends.

 Ensure that work is completed within time and budget.

 Proactively contribute, or otherwise assist where required.

Specific skills / experience required:

 Experience in Artworking for Online Media (some knowledge of Print

Artworking an advantage)

 Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of

AfterEffects or 3D software and advantage)

 Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and how this impacts final creative output

 Working knowledge of Social Media best practices and trends

 Great retouching skills

 Proactive and self motivated

 Able to balance perfect artwork with meeting deadlines

 Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies

 Minimum 2-3 years experience in an artworking role and possibly educated to

degree level
