Digital Art Director w/ Healthcare Experience

Vitamin T needs someone to design and execute digital solutions for brand, interactive, mobile and web for one of our favorite clients. This person will bring a level of detail and consistency to a project, from balance to pixel perfection. We will need you to explain design logic and business reasoning for a design solution. The Art Director leads a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and production specialists to translate designs into a final product that meets our clients’ business objectives. This team sweats the details and iterates based on internal and client feedback. This is both a leadership and execution role, reporting to the Digital Creative Director (and directly to the Associate Digital Creative Director).



Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Crystallizes briefs into creative concepts and style guides that adhere to brand standards
-Supervises creative output being produced by assigned team members, ensuring the usability, consistency, brand relevance and functionality of the finished product
-Manages and develops designers and assures that they are delivering high quality work
-Participates in estimating and defining scope for new project work.
-Ability to review and interpret wireframes into comprehensive designs, and ask relevant UX questions when appropriate
-Comfortable presenting strategic creative concepts internally and externally
-Ability to interpret feedback, both internally and directly from clients
-Comfortable working with the integrated teams through an iterative process
