Digital Analytics and Social Media Coordinator

As the Digital Analyst & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to craft those very ideas and brand experiences. All while using a variety of analytics software and media tracking tools to communicate the impact of our efforts to internal and external teams.


Your role will include a mix of the following:


• Collaborate with Strategy and Client Service teams to establish campaign tracking plans

• Create monthly and quarterly reports highlighting paid, owned, and earned media results

• Conduct pre and post-campaign reports to help inform brand awareness or in-market efforts

and generate easy-to- understand insights and actionable implications for clients and creative teams

 Mine a rich, deep and diverse pool of data—drawing on everything from social sentiment to site visits, and customer data



• Propose unique content and collaborate on monthly calendars for multiple brands

• Manage and engage social communities

• Grow communities and convert visitors into brand advocates

• Collaborate with creative teams to constantly concept new ideas and maintain community cadence


Skills & Requirements:

• 1 year of experience with reputable brands, preferably in the automotive sector

• Experience with tagging and onsite measurement platforms such as Google Analytics, along with social listening tools such as Crimson Hexagon and Spredfast​

• Extremely detail oriented, with a love of analytics and drawing key insights from numbers

• A keen understanding of social media and the digital economy

• Excited to write and analyze, with an acute grasp of the English vocabulary

• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
