Digital Analytics Manager

Looking for Digital Analytics specialists of any experience level. A OC-based Retail/eCommerce company is looking to add to their growing eCommerce department. Looking for someone with the technical skills, passion for analytics and ability to take initiative and help the company get to the next level. This is a 25 to 40 hours a week role, onsite in Irvine. 

**Must have experience in eCommerce/retail space! 

Responsibilities:

  • Play a leading role in increase customer engagement 
  • Work with internal and external marketing teams to analyze data
  • Track key metrics and performance trends, and provide actionable insights 
  • Set and analyze KPIs​ for website performance, brand performance, and customer growth 
  • Utilizing Google Analytics on daily basis
  • ​Focus on improving real-time and trending analytics and reporting 
  • Identify new opportunities from market trends and analytics that will have measurable impact 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an analytics capacity 
  • Proficiency in Magento 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 
  • Experience using ERP (Enterprise resource planning) software (ie. Full Circle, SAP, Microsoft)
  • Strong excel skills and basic HTML/CSS 
  • Shopify (a plus!)
  • Ability to distill data and more complex concepts into easily digestible insights
  • A self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and bias to action
