Digital Analytics Manager - Temp to Perm

We're working with a large education management client to find a Digital Analytics Manager to join their team! In this role, you'll be responsible for the data reporting, analysis, and insight.

Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
Duration: Temp to perm
Location: Onsite at client's office in Schaumburg (not public transit accessible)
Hours: 40 per week
Rate: Very competitive

Responsibilities:
-Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources (Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics and internal databases) with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives
-Collaborate with external partners such as Agencies to assist with data collection and reporting
-Drive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience
-Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy and “connecting the dots” across multiple online and offline systems (websites, landing pages, CRM systems, etc.)
-Lead and manage other data analyses to support business needs. E.g.: Partner with business finance units to provide data to measure and monitor revenue by marketing channel
-Serve as the primary data liaison with IT for maintaining integrity of all incoming and outgoing data sources
-Leverage consumer insights or competitive intelligence reports to help explain online behavioral trends
-This role will focus on multiple business unit websites and support all facets of the decision making platform (clickstream analysis, outcomes analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis)
-This role will also work with the website technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements

Requirements:
-Knowledge of SEO, Paid Search and Social Media
-Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst and other digital analytics tools
-Expert knowledge of marketing mathematical tools and methods
-Working knowledge of statistical methods and tools
-MS Excel expertise – logical functions, lookups, pivot tables, external source data, dynamic charts and tables, editing and writing macros, VBA
-Working capabilities in SQL, SAS and/or Access a plus
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in the most engaging and appropriate manner
-Ability to think strategically and understand the “big picture” before the details
-Delivers a design approach that is strategic and that understands the business goals and desires at hand, transforming those into powerful, functional design
-Problem solve design issues as they arise with a strategic approach, keeping business goals at the forefront
-Ability to pitch new creative and design - to influence, convince, and lead based on personal skills and experience including written and verbal communication.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and staff simultaneously.
-Ability to manage and review creative execution for strategic messaging and effectiveness.
-Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within budget, on schedule, and to client specification / satisfaction.
-Ability to hire, train, motivate, and evaluate designers as needed.
-Ability to develop and administer policies, processes, and procedures that are practical, efficient, and cost effective.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 5
-Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery
-Minimum of 5 years Digital Marketing Experience, ideally in an Analytics role
