Our global client is looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Manager to join their growing team! 

Seeking a detail oriented and forward thinking individual who will primarily be responsible for supporting all platform implementations (Adobe Analytics Dynamic Tag Management, Test and Target, 3rd party pixel management, Observepoint, etc.) for the company's digital ecosystem. You also assist with related analysis, tagging, testing, and reporting. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead ongoing Adobe Analytics training of our marketing teams to ensure best practice implementation 
  • Responsible for Adobe Analytics admin console to ensure compliance of industry security standards 
  • Manage, maintain and update our Adobe Analytics solution design documentation, including variable allocation 
  • Engage with project management office and digital marketing product owners to understand upcoming web deployments and how this relates to implementation to define relevant KPIs 
  • Work with third-parties vendors and PB stakeholders to optimize processes and troubleshoot outages or platform issues 
  • Have in-depth knowledge of all components of Adobe Analytics DTM tags, s_code, plug-ins, Campaigns, server call types, cookies, SiteCat variables, classifications, Link Tracking, JavaScript, HTML, and packet sniffing 
  • Perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations 
  • Create requirements for adding data layer on new sites and pages across website properties 
  • Partner with development (IT) teams for user acceptance testing and implementation 
  • Create Adobe Analytics tags and assign tickets to third part vendors 
  • Manage all analytics and media (3rd Party Pixel) tags 
  • Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement 
  • Coordinate upgrades and new functionality with appropriate internal and external team members 
  • Work with developers, as needed, to communicate what the implementation is designed to accomplish; define JavaScript functions that need to be executed 

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science ore related field preferred 
  • 3+ years of working with the Adobe suite: Adobe Analytics (Omniture and DTM), Target (Test & Target) 
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic computer programming 
  • Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes 
  • Experience with key features including eVars, success events, VISTA rules, SAINT classifications, raw data feeds, pathing/fallout, and marketing channels 
  • Experience working with tag management platforms and data layers 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment 
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate needs and opportunities with nontechnical audiences 
  • Adobe certification a plus 
  • Tag management certification a plus 
  • SQL skills a plus 
  • Report development and Tableau experience a plus 
  • Mobile and app experience a plus
