Digital Analytics Coordinator

A global hair care and beauty company is looking for a Digital Coordinator to join their Digital Marketing team.

The Digital Coordinator will support the Digital team to achieve departmental goals including measuring and analyzing analytics across all digital channels (social, web, email, mobile, online advertising, etc.) and a variety of ad hoc/ development projects. Ensure digital deadlines are being met on all projects as described in the goals.

- Report on performance metrics by working closely with the digital media agencies and self-serve reporting tools (Coremetrics, Facebook dashboard, Buddy Media dashboard, Google Analytics, etc.)

o Weekly digital scorecard
o Quarterly executive letter
- Measures included in reports
o Brand's websites and microsites
o Email (consumer and professional)
o Search
o Online advertising (trade and consumer)
o Sweepstakes and contests / resulting leads
o Salon Finder registrations
o Virtual Classroom
o Social:
- Facebook weekly posts
- Twitter weekly posts
- Instagram weekly posts
-Pinterest monthly posts
- YouTube monthly posts
- Mobile:
- Mobile app
- Mobile web

• Leads
- Export and format monthly reports
- Create monthly factsheets
- Run lead reports
- Follow-up and ensure program is on track

•Support Digital Team in other functions
- Optimization and maintenance
o Make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and key performance metrics
o Ensure distributor finder is up to date with monthly data from sales team
o Virtual Classroom web updates
o Database management
o Email support for monthly newsletters
o Keep current on the latest industry trends and participate in brainstorming sessions
o Helping with site content updates (SEO optimization, new promotions, etc.)

•Ad hoc projects

- 1-2 years of digital marketing and analytics experience (this includes internship experience)
- Retail, beauty, ecommerce or consumer experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Digital, Marketing, Communication or similar
- Experience working in various web-based Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Organized and Detail-Oriented personality with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment with daily/weekly deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
