Digital Analyst Implementation Specialist

Our client is seeking a Digital Analyst/Implementation Specialist to join the Analytics and Database Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced analyst who is familiar with digital analytics tools, specifically Adobe Analytics, and data management practices. In this role, you will implement and manage our industry-leading analytics platforms and related technology stack. Data quality assurance and ongoing proactive solutions will be integral in the role and success of the team.

In addition to the focus on digital analytics implementation, the role will be responsible for our integrated data source solution (web traffic, marketing/campaign data, emails, customer, third-party data and transactional data) for all reporting and cross-functional analytics. You will be responsible for maintenance and required updates to the relational database, as well as leading data visualization. This is a cross-functional role and you will partner closely with IT development teams, agency partners, and business leads.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform data validation to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Lead relationship with data quality assurance vendor and manage platform, experience with ObservePoint is preferred.
• Experience in tag implementation using a tag management system, Dynamic Tag Management preferred.
• Proactively seek data opportunities from a tagging and quality assurance perspective.
• Manage all tagging requests to drive data efficiency and effectiveness department-wide.
• Work with analysts and business partners to develop an effective set of dashboards, reports, KPIs and metrics, data visualization.
• Administrator and technical support for web analytics tools. Provide training and support to all users of digital analytics tools.
• Support delivery of new/updated reporting requirements for analytical reports. This includes creation of new dimensions/metrics and designing/implementing new data/reporting models to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Must be able to work across teams to take business requirements and effectively translate them into technical and functional deliverables.
• Familiarity with HTML traffic, web tag structures and scripting languages; JavaScript.
• Promote a culture of data driven decision-making.
