The Digital Analyst will provide strategic business insight to all Lines of Business (LOB aka Internal teams), based on data leveraged from various online analytics tools and other sources to optimize online content and customer experiences.
Knowledge and Skills:
? 1-3 years working experience in web strategy and data analysis
? Knowledge of online tracking and measurement best practices
? Curious with a strong analytical and strategic mindset
? Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
? Understanding of search optimization strategies
? Financial Services industry experience an asset, but not required
? Bachelor?s degree preferably in market research, math, statistics, economics, marketing, psychology, or other related fields
? Ability to interpret data and extract and communicate actionable insights
? Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
? Strong organization and time management skills
? Team player who can also work independently
? 12.5%: Develop Culture of Analytics/insight
? 75%: Online Analytics service provision to client at an enterprise and LOB level
? 12.5 %: Standards, governance and best practices
? Makes recommendations to senior analyst for opportunities to optimize reporting, analysis or digital content/processes
? Runs reports and prepares analysis/commentary. Assess reporting to propose process, visual, or content enhancements.
? Take the lead on small measurement initiatives, with guidance from a senior analyst
? The scope of the position is to work with Online Planning & Strategy Managers as well as senior analysts to deliver reports and analysis to line of business clients from across the enterprise and work with cross-functional teams as needed.
