Role: Digital Strategist
Team: Strategy

Job Description:
Use data creatively to find insights, inform the creative, and identify creative whitespace
Identify and quantify cultural triggers for real-time opportunities and planned moments.
Collaborate with strategists / planners to shape the strategy.
Produce, maintain, and present client-facing reports.
Tell a creative and compelling story with data in these reports. Reports provide highlights, but more importantly provide actionable takeaways.
Set goals and define client facing measurement frameworks.
Conduct secondary research specific to segmentation and targeting/consumer profiling.

Qualfications:
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in all basic office programs (PPT, XLS, DOC) is required. We are a Mac shop so KEY and other platforms are important.
You must be able to write clearly and quickly, present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner and be willing to stand up to the challenges of client marketing teams.
You must be a self-starter and a problem solver, eager for keeping busy and engaged.
Must have experience with native social tools and social listening tools:
Native social analytics: Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and YouTube Analytics
Social listening tools: Netbase, Crimson Hexagon, Radian6 or Sysomos
Experience with Tableau is a big plus but is not a deal breaker.

Good to have:
Knowledge of website and digital analytics tools and platforms
Website: Google Analytics or Omniture
Digital: DoubleClick for Advertisers
Familiarity with database technologies like Access or SQL
Microsoft Excel power user skills, such as macro and pivot table creation
