Channel Marketing Primary Goals:
Grow sales of Console hardware products via direct owned channels
Optimize leading digital destinations customer experience, consumer consideration of Console platform and ultimately sales of hardware products
Accelerate a leading edge analytical, test and learn culture so that the effectiveness of digital destinations are continuously optimized.
Digital user Insights: Produce insight trackers for critical digital destinations such as Amazon, YouTube, & Store destinations to enable production of insights for channel owners. Build data and instrumentation requirements for our business intelligence team (CDNA) to build, test and deploy automated trackers.
Digital ROB: Build Rhythm of Business (ROB) with key stakeholders teams such as Marketing communications and retail teams to continuously optimize key digital destinations, ensure best practice is shared across markets.
Produce ad hoc insights on
Advanced analytical skills: Highly proficient at acquiring and synthesizing data from fragmented data sources. Can rapidly join the dots with data to provide accurate, meaningful and actionable commercial insights that align to the teams key priorities. Highly proficient at excel, strong attention to detail but able to elevate data into insights to substantiate a compelling narrative for senior stakeholders.
Data requirement: Experience of building data requirements to measure performance of digital destinations and experience of working with business intelligence teams to ensure instrumentation requirements are documented.
Passion: Possesses high level of motivation, plenty of energy and lots of initiative. You’ll be committed to delivering a great experience to our customers.
Other skills: Highly proficient with PowerPoint
Background in e- commerce. Working knowledge of analytics to optimize conversion rates in websites. Knowledge of data analytics available from key social networks such as YouTube, Facebook etc
Experience of working in an international organization, managing multiple stakeholders.
