Digital Analyst & Product Manager

An award-winning platform - created by one of our Fortune 500 financial service clients -that provides advice, insights and connections to help small business owners and entrepreneurs grow their business, in in need of a freelance Digital Analyst & Product Manager (6 month project) in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to assist leading digital innovation at this company.

The client is looking for an eager, forward-thinking contractor to join their team to help advance and transform this online “community experience” to deliver on their mission of helping the entrepreneurial community succeed. The contractor will support the strategy and subsequent implementation of personalization and contextualization and will be responsible for product management & analytics to make sure that they are focusing on what the customer wants by creating & evolving a product that they love.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Product & project management for this “community experience” product
• Bug & enhancement management (JIRA is a proprietary issue tracking product which provides bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions).
• Facilitate & manage the process of tracking new features within the “community experience” for Omniture and/or Marketo.
• Support analytics for user behavior through reporting, surveys, and other methods.
o Help manage insights - User Research, Data & Analytics to drive product decisions
• Manage approvals with legal, brand and compliance for new features
o Create and manage Nexus submissions
• Support in driving the strategy & development for product-driven engagement (personalization within email & site)

Qualification Requirements:
• Strong analytic thinker that has a proven track record of influencing strategic direction.
• Polished communication skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
• A quick learner & able to navigate/ manage through ambiguity.
• Impeccable planning & organizational skills.
• Passion & understanding of trends in social media, publishing platforms & online communities.
• Experience and knowledge base with digital product management and/or analytics is a plus.
