Digital Agency Operations Manager

The Digital Agency Operations Manager will work directly with senior management to help establish the operational framework and produce a range of working sessions, events, and projects for the team. This role is equal parts strategic and tactical as part of this large in-house digital studio. You are responsible for making sure events, meetings, and special projects come off without a hitch, but we also need an intellectual partner who can dive into the mission of this new team and help our client figure out how they should build their new customer experience structure.

Qualified candidates will be resourceful and creative in problem solving approaches. Ideally you’ll have put some time in with forward thinking digital agencies. Finally, you should have good taste and be able to work with senior-level staff as well as with internal partners, and manage relationships at a similar level with external consultants.

As Digital Agency Operations Manager you will:

• Team with Leads to manage program implementation and promote a culture of exceptional customer experience.
• Manage ongoing team activities and resources, including team meetings, working sessions, team collaboration site, and knowledge management.
• Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance processes to ensure timely, effective program execution
• Manage the design process for the creation of events/special project deliverables (printed materials, PPT presentations, videos, interactive)
• Research, onboard and manage 3rd party vendors
• Coordinate calendars, logistics, shipping, set up and tear down of event materials
• Identify, track and resolve issues that affect project scope
• Guide and ensure consistency throughout the project by maintaining corporate brand and quality standards
• Oversee the work performed by others and serve as inspiration to the direction of the team while not directly managing people
• Manage post event activities like administering surveys, documenting event output, sharing/tracking concepts with our patent team
• May deliver communication around concepts, insights, etc. with broader audience
• Create and execute SOWs and process invoices
