Digital Advertising Data Capabilities Manager

This is a data-driven digital advertising position.
Our client looking for marketing professional to join our growing third party digital marketing team. This person will work with multiple stakeholders across the organization as well as with external partners to identify, test, measure and operationalize new data driven marketing technologies and capabilities. This person will become the subject matter expert for these capabilities and support marketers across the organization to leverage these capabilities to meet their marketing goals.

TOP ATTRIBUTES:
· Vendor side experience in the below tech solutions and/or digital agency experience
· Experience working in a matrixed organization
· Client side digital marketing experience leaning more toward the technology (campaign managers with experience working hands on with marketing and advertising technology platforms like ad servers, DSP, DMP, etc..)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the activation of new digital marketing capabilities in partnership with internal and external teams
o Develop the business case and use case materials to scope and socialize the capability
o Project manage the activation by maintaining a schedule of deliverables, regular communications and status presentations during project team and executive reviews
o Develop pilot phase operational and governance support procedures including managing pilot campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team and LOB campaign managers
o Assess pilot performance based on campaign and operational performance
o Design ongoing operations and governance model for capability
• Continuous operational support for the Digital Marketing Team led capabilities and act as a liaison for capabilities led by internal teams
o Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the capability providing ongoing strategic and operational support
o Manage and monitor capability usage and performance
o Identify, develop and regularly communicate best practices to internal and external partners
o Continue to build the capability as necessary to maintain best in breed and the most up to date features, integrations and usage
o Act as an ambassador across the organization in order to ensure that new data driven marketing capabilities are fully embedded in Enterprise Marketing initiatives and appropriately leveraged by line of business initiatives

- Deep understanding of current and emerging data driven technologies and capabilities
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence management and peers across functional lines
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent, pervasive attention to detail
