Digital Advertising Coordinator

As a member of the Online Sales and Marketing team within our client's digital team, your primary responsibility will be managing the upload of our online marketing assets, including banners, text links, splash page, landing pages, etc. These marketing assets help drive product sales, increase revenue, and increase activation and retention rates among their online customers.

This is a 40 hour/ week 18 month contract role located in San Francisco.

Our client is looking for an eager experienced professional with 2-3 years experience who is action oriented, ambitious, confident, displays leadership qualities, self-motivated, fits in with a corporate culture and works with integrity. A professional used to multi-tasking, managing multiple priorities in a high, fast paced, demanding business environment for our client's digital advertising business.

Online Advertising campaign execution responsibilities will include (approx. 60%):
• Publishing online advertisements via XMetal and internal content management systems
• Day-to-day project management and business analysis for the uploads • Setting up/managing ad serving tracking
• Managing execution timelines
• Providing user acceptance testing and communicating with marketing managers as required

Strategic Projects support responsibilities will include (approx. 40%):
• Working with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Creative Services, Campaign Analytics, and external vendors in addition to different lines of business across all product groups
• Working on strategic projects to enhance web marketing capabilities
• Manage launch of new advertising assets on company's .com site
• Assist with strategic direction of next generation ad serving and tracking
