Our client, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in multi-channel direct response advertising, is looking for a Digital Advertising Strategist for their downtown Austin, TX office. Use your passion (and at least 5 years of direct experience) to drive superior performance for their clients!

We’re looking for someone with experience in setting advertising campaign strategy, managing clients, building campaigns, bid adjusting, performing deep analysis, and meeting performance criteria in paid search, social, or display.
Focused on results, you will continually test and tweak campaigns to maximize ad copy effectiveness and landing page conversion rate by using multi-variant and A/B testing models and be responsible for managing high level brand-name clients with large monthly recurring media spend.

This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and has a proven track record of managing a large marketing budget to hit established CPA and lead goals, specifically in paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategy for digital marketing campaigns in Facebook
Create and test various target audiences including lookalike, website custom audiences, CRM retargeting, affinity targeting and other related target audiences
Create and test various ad units in collaboration with our in-house creative team.
Create and monitor strategy groups and campaigns to optimize performance against client goals
Continuously improve performance through testing and analysis
Develop and implement new strategies for campaign expansion
Share messaging insights with marketing and communications team
Continuously explore opportunities for growth
Deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities
Proactively report all big successes, inconsistencies, under-performance or any other campaign-related metrics to clients on a daily basis
Ensure a consistent experience through-out the acquisition funnel (from initial touch point to lead)
Create opportunities for clients by staying current with new channels, software, and best practices
