Digital Acquisition Manager

Firebrand are very excited to be partnering with this rapidly growing start up who are currently searching for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is a new and exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for all aspects of lead generation. Lead generation is an integral part of their business, and you’ll be responsible for building their channels from the ground up. This broad role will see you owning and driving paid search (PPC, display, retargeting, mobile, social advertising), eDM and co-registration campaigns through lead generation vendors. A solid understanding of developing and implementing innovative lead generation and paid search strategies is essential to meet aggressive lead forecasts.

Key responsibilities:
• Paid Search (SEM): launch and optimise the performance of all SEM campaigns – which includes PPC, display, retargeting, mobile and social advertising – in coordination with their agency. A solid understanding of trading desks, programmatic buying, forecasting and reporting is essential
• Lead Generation: responsible for driving qualified leads to the business by planning, acquiring, managing and reporting on all digital acquisition lead generation – which includes SEM, eDM and co-registration campaigns. A solid understanding of developing and implementing innovative lead generation and paid search strategies is essential to aggressively growing lead targets
• Email Direct Marketing (eDM): drive qualified leads to the Sales team through planning, executing, reporting and optimising eDM lead generation campaigns delivered through our external vendors
• Co-registration: drive qualified leads to the Sales team through designing, executing and testing co-sponsorship, co-registration and post-transactional lead generation campaigns delivered through our external vendors
• Forecasting & Budget Management: responsible for forecasting, budgeting and analysing the performance of paid search and lead generation campaigns
• Agency Relationships: develop relationships and manage external agencies to ensure all paid search and lead generation campaigns are innovative, world-class and drive the best results possible
• Responsible for the identification, mapping and implementation of process automation and improvement across the website to ensure consistency, effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of lead generation procedures and reports, across all devices.
• Constantly strive to create ground breaking technologies to achieve results
• Be the subject matter expert on paid search and lead generation campaigns – sharing your learning’s and expertise across the business

Key Requirements:
• 5 Years+ in a similar role, with proven success across PPC/SEM, Social advertising, display, mobile, could suit agency candidates
• Excellent working knowledge of tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe Media Optimiser and Adobe Analytics
• Ability to communicate well with business users and IT staff
• Strong initiative and the ability to be proactive
• A “roll up your sleeves and get the job done” attitude
• High level of analysis and design skills. Ability to understand business requirements, describe them back to the business and facilitate sign-off
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot desirable
