One of Australia’s leading financial institutions requires an exceptional Digital Acquisition Campaign Manager for an exciting newly created role! They have an excellent reputation in the market and this is a critical role with a huge focus on the online customer journey. You will work closely with the Digital and Marketing teams to create landing pages and other marketing assets that will improve the customer experience and conversion.
This is a group role working across all digital channels to ensure that the customer experience is outstanding. Working with the wider team across SEO, Optimisation, Design and CX, your key KPIs will be campaign engagement and conversion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Increase product awareness and drive sales
- Work with the wider team to drive customer engagement and sales conversion
- Report on campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
- Establish and deliver key promotional programmes to drive acquisition traffic, working with internal and external stakeholders
You will have huge support for a cross-functional team and you must be able to demonstrate strong planning capabilities building robust and credible acquisition plans to deliver target volumes. You must also possess the ability to communicate expertise and recommendations clearly to a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. As such experience of the Financial Services sector (or another regulated sector) is hugely beneficial.
