Digital Account Supervisor

Great opportunity to join a growing Digital agency in Portland as a Digital Account Supervisor and help them grow their business. The Digital Account Supervisor will serve as the primary client interface and requires the ability to manage and lead the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts. The Digital Account Supervisor will be expected to participate in the strategic direction, growth and profitability of client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily leadership and management of digital initiatives, as well as supporting and aligning with all other channels and client deliverables
  • Coordinate with Project Managers including reviewing work, ensuring deliverables are met, and serving as a resource for assistance
  • Partner with digital strategy, media planning, and creative to drive demand generation and web development programs
  • Strong presence and voice during client, multi-agency, and internal meetings
  • Strong strategic understanding, demonstrated through initiative and deliverable recommendations
  • Provide solid awareness and understanding of digital trends and contributing both to our digital strategies and to our competitive monitoring process
  • Have a strong understanding of the complexities of the digital production process (information architecture, visual design and programming)
  • Partner with Management and New Business Development to organically grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities


  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics
  • 5+ years experience in a similar position at a fast paced digital agency
  • Experience in Account Management with digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of underlying digital marketing technologies (CMS and Analytics)
  • Detail-oriented, good follow-up skills, multi-tasker and able to work well under tight deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Establish clear objectives and day-to-day priorities for yourself and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in “owning” high-quality programs that have provided measurable and meaningful results
  • Strong verbal, visual, written and presentation skills – specifically talking with clarity and confidence to clients, and writing concise presentations and proposals
  • Effectively plan and organize the work of you and your team – handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively
  • Experience working with Financial Services companies preferred, but not required
  • Provide effective and efficient oversight of agency resources to insure projects are delivered as promised in terms of time, budgets and results
  • Prepare thorough, accurate and consistent work to clients reflective of the agency’s quality standards
  • Be able to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
