Digital Account Manager

Aquent's large international professional services client is looking for a Digital Account Manager to help maintain and update the client’s website, as well as drive and execute small to medium web projects (from 1 day to 2+ weeks in length). The Digital Account Manager also will:

Work for the client’s U.S. Creative Account Management team and interacting with U.S.
marketers to field digital requests, gather requirements for small projects and manage the work done by outsourced website developers
Makes independent decisions on the execution of marketing tactics and consults or escalates when appropriate
Handle and manage a high volume of requests via the client’s workflow tool Workfront.
Successfully work with accelerating changes as required in a dynamic market and organization, alerting marketing leadership as appropriate and independently adjusting programs as needed basis
Skills & Requirements:

BA, BS degree or equivalent experience required
1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, professional services environment preferred
Prior digital experience, specifically an understanding of web technologies, website usability, metrics, SEO - some online marketing experience, helpful, but not required
Digital project management concepts and ability to apply with team projects
Knowledge of Workfront or similar task management tools
Attention to detail and excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Highly self-motivated with exceptional customer service skills
