Digital Account Manager

Responsibilities include:

As the clients advocate you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects from initial concept to completion. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to prioritise a busy schedule.
Acting as the key onshore point of contact for clients, it's pivotal to build client relationships to understand any challenges and manage future expectations
You will verify builds received from the Development Team and post feedback, alongside act as a user acceptance tester checking usability and functionality however not delving into development code
Co-ordinating with the off-shore development team prior to each development cycle to ensure that upcoming functionality aligns with the clients vision

Essential Requirements:

Digital Account Management experience, from conception to completion
Digital Agency experience desirable but not essential
Experience working in an Agile project environment
Demonstrated experience with digital / online domain Eg web app / mobile applications is highly desirable
Passionate, energetic individual who has a thirst to absorb digital innovations
