Digital Account Manager

Our travel-oriented marketing client is in need of a Digital Account Manager! This is a temp-to-perm position perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their account careers.

Starts: ASAP! We mean yesterday. Last week. LET'S TALK!
Duration: Temp-to-perm

Your day to day:
+ Establish overall timing plans with client throughout requirements, creative development and development processes
+ Ensure that client requirements are delivered within agreed upon timeline
+ Lead all project meetings with client, vendor and internal business
+ Work with vendors or internal departments to ensure that projects are properly resourced with either internal or external resources
+ Prepare creative requirements or business requirements accordingly
+ Manage internal product reviews and approval of recommendations
+ Create materials for client presentation in conjunction with client or vendors
+ Research and advise on development options
+ Identify and prep designated production, development, quality assurance testing resources

Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years work experience
+ Strong knowledge of two digital disciplines, ideally (websites and email) and one knowledge of video and events is ideal
+ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
+ Prides themselves on their ability to solve problems creatively
+ Possesses a “whatever it takes mentality”
