Digital Account Manager

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for fostering relationships with internal clientele, the facilitation of day-to-day communication between stakeholders, project managers and the creative team, along with the development and maintenance of procedures associated with the work receipt process and resource management. 

Job Responsibilities: 

- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders 

- Prepare creative briefs based on input from stakeholders that clearly define and plan project objectives 

- Define, plan, schedule and control project activities, apply creative and strategic thinking, technical and project management skills to satisfy project requirements 

- Serve as point of contact on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explains complex ideas clearly and manage expectations 

- Serve as liaison between stakeholders, project managers and creative team 

- Analyze client feedback and prioritize according to project schedules 

- Traffic and monitor the agency’s workflow 

- Maintain and constantly update project schedules and calendars 

- Track the progress of departmental objectives 

- Prepare and facilitate status meetings and reports 

- Maintain relationships with outside vendors and resources 

 

Job Requirements: 

- 3-5 years digital/marketing agency experience 

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills 

- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

- Ability to be analytical and strategic in a fast-paced environment 

- Microsoft Office expert with experience in project management software
