Digital Account Manage

We are looking for an Account Manager in New York City to join our client’s Corporate Digital Group (CDG) , which is an internal agency within their organization. This group is responsible for building and managing cohesive digital marketing experiences across the corporate, retail and wholesale business.

The Account Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with internal clientele, the facilitation of day-to-day communication between stakeholders, project managers and the creative team, along with the development and maintenance of procedures associated with the work receipt process and resource management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Prepare creative briefs based on input from stakeholders that clearly define and plan project objectives
- Coordinate timelines with project managers and creative team, maximizing their capacity and efficiency
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders, project managers and creative team
- Analyze client feedback and prioritize according to project schedules
- Traffic and monitor the agency’s workflow
- Maintain and constantly update project schedules and calendars
- Track the progress of departmental objectives
- Prepare and facilitate status meetings and reports
- Maintain relationships with outside vendors and resources

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years digital/marketing experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be analytical and strategic in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office expert with experience in project management software
