Digital Account Director or Senior Account Director

This is a role that will challenge you, in all the right ways, and give you a genuine opportunity to work across everything from brand strategy to e-commerce and apps to digital campaigns and gaming. A creative thinker, you will be entrepreneurial in spirit and commercially focused.

Working with a award winning team, this role will see you manage three key agency clients, in the FMCG, Retail & Financial Services industries. You’ll drive strategic plans and objectives for clients ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and on brief.

Responsibilities:
• Key point of responsibility for your client relationships
• Drive strategic initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals
• Generate both creative & project briefs to illustrate the essential elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and executional considerations
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients at the most senior levels
• Communicate and publicize client requests to the agency team; manage client expectations; manage external communication with vendors & media partners
• Understand your clients business.
• Stay abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and how they affect clients’ business and marketing initiatives
• Develop case studies on clients’ business

Experience Guidelines:
• 8 years + of account management experience in an agency environment
• Strong interactive background a must
• Accountability for budget or client revenue of $2-4m+
• 3+ years of client executive experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the Director and Vice President levels
• Experienced with multiple campaign life-cycles from business development to final campaign delivery
