We are currently working with one of the top pureplay digital agencies in Sydney.

On their team an opportunity now exists for a Digital Account Director Job with deep knowledge of performance media, data acquisition, eCRM programme development and management, analytics and reporting, website optimisations and in-bound content marketing.

This Account Director job will work across a key brand for one of Australia’s top advertisers with a real appetite for digital. We are looking for a true digital specialist who is strategically focused, results driven who knows the future sits with digital and data and are looking for the opportunity to define and deliver projects that align to that.

You will take ownership of this key client and the designated business area and form a senior part of the account management team delivering client work. You’ll be managing a team of account management professionals, offering advice and guidance to help them achieve their goals and keeping them on track to meet business objectives.
Your strategic thinking will add value to the growth of your client’s work and business and you’ll have plenty scope to proactively present ideas for expansion of projects.

The day-to-day includes many of the standard bits and bobs of running an agency client account:
• Forecasting Accuracy
• Ensure reporting requirements of the team are completed on schedule to the client
• Improve forward visibility of monthly forecasts to the client
• Manage client planning cycles to drive the above
• Management of process and cross-departmental liaison to improve delivery and quality of client work
• Monitor and report on competitive trends in the online space that impact your client, their business area and their customers including detailed awareness of client competitor’s digital activity and strategies.
• Lead the Account Services team in key client meetings and specific presentations as required

This senior role will allow you to package and sell the agency services to maximise revenue and innovation opportunities to meet client’s needs. You’ll be working with a highly intelligent and driven team and you’ll be encouraged to push briefs to constantly find the best solution to meet your client’s needs. You’ll also be driving your account management team to do the same.

You’ll also have direct access to your MD to keep then posted on all progress, achievements and issues.
