Digital / Social Media Specialist

The role of the Digital Communities Executive is to manage the companies community across all social networks. Working closely with the social media manager, communications, content producers and the digital team to deliver an integrated approach to social media across the business.

Core Responsibilities:

- Working closely with the Social Media Manager, manage the communities and editorial calendar for Social Media (Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest and Facebook) and new emerging properties
- Provide expert guidance on best practice use of social media
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure digital communications and social media strategies are aligned to business objectives
- Provide ongoing monitoring of all social media mentions / interactions of the company and its keywords across the online space
- Maintain and update the community management guide to support accurate customer responses for all social and digital community interactions
- Identifying and maintaining a community of social influencers within owned and third party platforms

You will be:

- Proactive, driven able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience moderating a large and active social media and digital communities
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service through social media and digital channels
- Sound organisation and time management skills
- Possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to present complex strategies in clear and persuasive manner
