The practice leverages social media expertise across all disciplines, offering an extensive list of services within the foundational business solutions – Listening and Analytics; Social Business Solutions; Social Media Marketing and Communications; Social Shopping; Social CRM; Social Care; and Conversation Impact.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Analyst provides account support for Strategist and Senior Strategists. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for managing day-to-day activities on smaller accounts (with strategy support from senior staff), including reporting, budgeting, preparing written material and handling social media activities. The Senior Analyst knows how to engage people online, outreach to bloggers, knows that listening is about more than just data and knows a thing or two about all social media platforms (new and emerging) e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram.

As Senior Analyst is fluent in all aspects of social media they are an expert at evaluating a client situation and helping execute a comprehensive digital strategy that includes social media outreach, online marketing, development of user experiences, and innovative ways to engage people.

The Senior Analyst knows from experience how to develop strategy from research, insight and a keen understanding of users including the digital life of people. The Senior Analyst understands business objective and how to create a complete program in service of the objective with an awareness of the client’s business model.
