THIS AGENCY is seeking a smart Digital Senior Account Director to join their fast-growing integrated communications team.

THIS AGENCY is looking for a digital evangelist to join the agency leadership team of passionate expert communicators, working with Head of Strategy, PR and Art Director (currently off the bench) who together will craft and implement the agency’s integrated communications campaigns.

We are seeking our first digital hero lead with at least 5+ years digital/direct marketing agency experience. The successful applicant will have a technical understanding of digital, as well as digital product development experience, with a solid understanding of the commercial realities which face client and agency – how to create and amplify content digitally, in a profitable way for all parties.

We are looking for someone who is strategic but willing to get into the detail on a daily basis to drive campaigns that utilise digital, data, analytics, mobile, multimedia content, influencers, activations & events for clients with earned and owned core to our philosophy.

Digital account director remit

• Reporting to the MD, build and lead a dynamic digital services team, grow agency capabilities and deliver the best in digital thinking which is baked into campaigns across all agency clients
• Provide leadership in developing a data and digital first culture in a rapidly evolving integrated PR & Content Marketing setting in conjunction with the Creative Strategist, Art Director, PR Account Leads including implementation of new service offerings, notably data driven campaign ideas within digital channels
• Bring proven digital creative and strategic skills to the agency most importantly mobile, data, digital content, video, analytics and advertising to elevate existing campaign approaches currently focussed predominantly on Earned, Content, Influencer engagement, adding value to client campaigns and helping drive the agency’s evolution
• Manage the implementation of digital content and ideas, drawing on the right resources to maximise client satisfaction and minimise costs
• Live the values, strategies, and objectives of the agency, most importantly, honesty, innovation, team-focussed & success.
Skills
• Experience with growing brands and helping them form one to one relationships with customers using interactive platforms
• Extensive experience with content marketing - seeding, adapting and amplifying content across appropriate digital channels
• Social media strategy, campaign implementation and measurement experience
• Experience building, marketing, launching and growing websites and webshops and/or apps (acquisition and retention)
• Experience across SEO, SEM
• Understanding of the mobile channel and proven track record of leveraging mobile to reach brand objectives
• Passion for data and experience analysing data from multiple sources to create actionable insights for clients
• CRM program experience is important, especially formulating trigger based and personalised comms programs that are data driven
