Growing marketing agency seeks high performing Digital and Rich Media Designer with experience in graphic design, rich media, and animation that brings to life digital experiences, paid digital advertising and web platforms, including social. The ideal Digital & Rich Media Designer candidate will have a history of design excellence and innovation, and is capable of creating innovative design concepts that cross multiple channels ranging from traditional, digital, and social. Ideal candidates will also be able to collaborate with leaders of ideation; design, web and video production to ensure concepts are well conceived from initial idea, design concept, through execution.

Day-To-Day Activities:
Create cutting edge, current and relevant designs across multiple platforms and form factors;
Stay abreast of changing digital technologies, animation, innovations in rich media advertising, social platforms, and web experiences and serve as a thought leader informing teams of what is possible;
Seek input, requirements, and iterative feedback from stakeholders across the company to help define creative design solutions, and present these back to the team;
Partner with other internal teams, including Marketing Strategies, UI/UX, Development and Creative Ideation;
Create, organize, and share project style guidelines, pattern libraries, and asset repositories;
Collaboration with project management and creative operations to scope projects and meet aggressive design timelines.
