Designer/Production

Production (50%) and design (50%) for online and print marketing communication materials: collateral, tradeshow signage, web banners, email communications, web pages, PowerPoint presentations and advertisements.

Work with company style guide and templates to ensure consistency in designs, visual integrity, and production quality for marketing projects across corporate communications.
Prepare projects from conception to completion with direction from management.
Coordinate, manage, and maintain relationships with internal clients and vendors.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate skills and abilities in using the required design software.
Understanding of brand identity, typography, and color theory, as well as web standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects and the commitment to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure flawless execution.
Knowledge of how to prepare graphics for use in multimedia and web applications as well as print applications.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Must be fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Must have strong production skills in a PC or Mac environment.
Experience in the software industry or a related corporate field is strongly preferred.
