The ideal candidate will be someone with strong visual design, data visualization, illustration and infographic skills. This person will help the team simplify and translate research and analytical data into highly polished visual expressions and illustrations for internal communication.
This person will need to be part designer, illustrator, information sponge and story teller. You’ll need to quickly develop an understanding of the research, key insights, and the story behind the information before rapidly iterating and collaborating with the team on different visual communication approaches.

The work will be rewarding in several ways – you’ll be a hero to a team of researchers because you’re helping make their work even more compelling, and you’ll be helping the broader organization discover and pursue their newest opportunities.
