Exciting new role for a mid-level designer to join a women owned training company based in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys collaborating with others, performs well in an agile work environment, and can expertly manage multiple projects to meet fast-paced time lines.

The candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral for the organization
Develop and execute creative ideas in an agile and iterative manner
Execute all phases of creative work from concept to delivery
Produce finalized designs for both print and web purposes, including, but not limited to: instruction materials, keynote presentations, marketing emails, website graphics, editorial pieces, infographics, content resources, and promotional materials at events
Proactively communicate with various internal and/or external stakeholders to develop strategic design solutions that best fit the needs of target audience(s)
Regularly evaluate and evolve the creative standards of the brand to follow latest trends in design
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will be evaluated and selected utilizing the following experience:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design (or other visual art)
3 - 6 years of experience in the role or similar roles
Online portfolio required
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Effective typography/layout skills
Clear image selection/editing capabilities
Knowledge of web standards and preparing design work for desktop/mobile
Proven oral and written communication skills
Works well as part of a team, with a range of people
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, decision-making and organizational skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
