Designer for Loyalty and Personalization

As a Designer, you will help execute personalized, value-focused/promotional, omni-channel campaigns within our digital (email, ads, app, website) and direct mail programs, to support company's loyalty program. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative projects meet their business objectives, are on-brand, on-budget and on-time, and overall creative quality is met. The ability to work collaboratively with enthusiasm and teamwork is important.

This position requires innovative thinking, understanding of the business needs, knowledge of digital and print best practices (including layout and release of assets with variable content) and ability to present work to partners. You must be self-motivated, self-managed and have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

A background in retail/e-commerce, e-mail and/or user experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Package and deliver all optimized project files for release to developers for email, desktop, mobile and responsive. Provide direction in complex problem solving situations and participate in direct interaction with programmers as required.
2. Package and deliver all optimized project files for release to printer, including variable text and image files to spec.
Design and produce emails and direct mail pieces within templatized, branded layouts.
3. Manage & organize multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
4. Collaborate with copy team, designers, developers and print procurement.
