In addition to supporting our internal team through high-quality products, our design team is a resource to our clients, providing assistance in branding, video production, collateral design and web design.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Visual communication is at the heart of our work. We are looking for a talented designer who can create compelling and innovative visual design for a wide variety of consulting and communications products. The designer would be responsible for helping our research and communications teams deliver their products to clients with industry-leading design. The ideal candidate will be able to:

Collaborate with team members to help shape products that meet both the client’s and project’s need
Understand the end use of products to make smart decisions about their construction and format
Work independently, use a strong aesthetic vision and pay close attention to detail in order to deliver consistently polished projects
Conceptualize, design and produce high-quality visuals in a variety of formats
Plan smartly to help manage a busy pipeline of print products, presentations and other materials
Be flexible and service-oriented
Typical products and deliverables include:

Print design, including marketing collateral, proposals, research reports, manuals and ads
Presentations, using Keynote and PowerPoint
Infographics for visualizing concepts and data
Visual identity systems and collateral
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated fluency in design fundamentals: typography, color, imagery and information design
3-5 years of experience captured by a compelling portfolio that demonstrates elegant, strategic and innovative visual design
Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Keynote are required; familiarity with the languages of the web is beneficial
Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills
Ability to work with constructive input and adhere to deadlines, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
Meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated commitment to quality
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tight timelines
