We are looking for a mid-level designer for an in-house creative agency to design print collateral, brochures, posters, promotions, etc.

Required Skills:
- Strong portfolio of design and creative work
- Expertise in promoting and reinforcing brand identity standards within multi-channel systems
- Extremely proficient in the entire Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong in time management and self-management

Assignment Responsibilities:
- Work on assignments of moderate scope and complexity
- Play a role as a tactical partner with internal marketing communication clients to bring print and digital communications to life.
- Support key communications initiatives that put the audience as priority #1
- Manage the creative execution of a range of materials — promotional to informational
- Communicate with key clients as needed
- Collaborate with designers, writers, production artists, traffickers, print buyers, and strategists
- Effectively navigate creative briefs, brand standards, available research, key data, and developed strategies in the development of inspired creative solutions that meet business objectives

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum 2 years of work experience required

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related design field or equivalent work experience required
- Previous experience working in a marketing communications environment a plus
- Spanish language experience a plus
