Our client’s Digital Media Group is looking for a Designer to join its rapidly growing internal, interactive agency. The role requires a solid understanding of design layout and an ability to translate design direction into a visually compelling layout.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
• Support the senior creative team in design and execution of graphical assets
• Concept, design and deliver creative refreshes that meet the senior creative team’s objectives
• Design layouts that communicate marketing hierarchy of a complex multi-dimensional product
• Time management across multiple projects
• Ability to work with various members of different teams to ensure quality and timing delivery
• Demonstrate foresight by understanding emerging tools, technology and business practices for the digital medium, and learning the application of these tools and practices
• Be based in our New York City office

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience
• Adobe CS master mainly in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio displaying beautifully crafted graphics
• 3+ years’ experience in large-scale design, expertise in developing both brand and digital creative, including interactive advertising, e-commerce and websites/microsites
• Excellent team relationship skills

Solid understanding of and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and business objectives
• Effective and creative brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping and other problem-solving skills

Effective organizational approach and superb interpersonal skills
• Experience working on social media campaign
