Minimum qualification(s) 
BA Degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience) 
4 years experience art directing, designing, and producing creative assets for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, G+, Instagram 
Strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to execute according to plan and deliver measurable results 
Commitment to creative excellence and demonstrated ability to own an idea from concept to execution, including detailed design. 
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (video editing a plus) 
Deep understanding of the creative specificities of each individual social platform, especially LinkedIn and Twitter 
Fascination for emerging trends and tactics in social media 
Excellent collaboration skills and a team mindset 

Preferred qualification(s) 

Strong illustration skills 
Competency conducting your own quick photo shoots 
Proven strong organizational, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding written and oral communication skills 
Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment 

Responsibilities: 
Concept, build, and maintain the creative system on social and email 
Partner with Editorial team and design leads to understand brand and content strategy, using this knowledge to inform creative system for company's social 
Design and produce creative assets for social & email channels 
Work with the team to evolve and iterate design system based on qualitative and quantitative research 
Propose, design, and produce new creative formats and tactics for social 
Partner with teammates to explore and implement new creative testing programs
