Design Traffic Administrator

A global retail brand is looking to for a talented, organized Design Traffic Administrator to enhance production process for optimum efficiency in the Marketing Department. The candidate will report into the Art Director and support the Senior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will communicate and collaborate through all phases of projects and help create concepts.

Decision Making Authority:
- Organizes, maintains and traffics all ticket requests.
- Coordinating with other functions on design requests

Recommendations Expected from the Employee:
- Ability to move quickly and accurately, attention to detail
- Maintain Creative and Production Calendar, proofread and review ad copy
- Ability to work on multiple tasks effectively
- Complete project timelines including scheduling
- Support and assist the Art Director and the Senior Graphic Designer
- Supporting all creative productions, including casting calls, vendor call backs, etc.
- Coordinate projects with vendors and traffic all external requirements.
- Maintains in house studio schedule, files and space
- Tracks project schedules, rush jobs, and late art for monitoring.
- Creates prop lists, production logs, budget tracking and any other reports
- Responsible for model booking, tracking expenses and communicating with modeling agencies
- Runs daily and weekly job status reports
- Uploading and archiving photography images and graphic files to the digital asset management system
- Resize and rename images for websites for all regions

Skills:
- Ability to Prioritize and multitask
- Good critical thinking and decision making skills
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Must be able to work effectively and relate well with others, including leadership, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company.
- Must also exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a role of planning coordinating and organization in a design studio.

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Mac-based design programs
- Excellent Create Suite and Microsoft Office skills
